We met Hope Broderick and Ruth Woodruff after our neighbors sold their home with the help of Hope and Ruth. Our family moved out of Bay area and we were somewhat distracted with our move. Hope and Ruth acted as if they were preparing their own homes to sell. No detail was overlooked. We were SO thrilled with how they presented our home to the market as well as the pricing and timing of the sale. We were very happy with the amount of "eyes" on our home during the open house and the ease of the closing process.
